Event Information

Audit Academy is an annual event organised by colleagues in our Internal Audit team. It is designed to enhance learning, networking, and collaboration among colleagues. The event includes various activities such as panel sessions, workshops and team-building exercises.

On the day

Arrival and Registration

Registration opens from 08:30, we kindly ask you to not arrive before this time, to make sure we’ve got everything ready. Breakfast will be served from 09:00. The event will kick off at 10:00, please ensure you are seated by this time. For those who want to avoid queues, arriving before 09:00 is advised. A guided tour of the venue will also be offered from 09:00 - 09:15.

Facilities and Logistics

The event offers a secure cloakroom located on Level -1 for storing coats, bags, and suitcases. Additionally, there is a quiet space and prayer room available all day; please refer to the map below for more info. The dress code is "come as you are," as we want everyone to feel comfortable, relaxed, and able to be themselves at this event.

Food and Refreshments

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided, and a water station will be located within the main event space. If you have any dietary requirements that you have not yet communicated, please let us know. Full menu details are available in the catering section.

Evening

During the day we’ll focus on learning and networking with the formal part of the day wrapping up at 17:00. However, the fun continues with dinner and drinks, which will finish around 19:30. After this colleagues who wish to head back to their hotels to get an early night or call their family/friends are welcome to do so. For those who wishing to stay out with their colleagues longer, we have booked Malone's, a pub less than a 5 min walk from the EICC.

Everyone will participate in a team activity on the morning of Wednesday, 3rd June. Your cluster will provide you with your specific plans for Day 2.
